Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 7 business days, using the same payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EU countries: free shipping for orders over EUR 200. Shipping costs up to a maximum of EUR 15.
Other countries: free shipping for orders over EUR 300. Shipping costs up to a maximum of EUR 25.
All orders will be shipped via UPS or SDA within 5 working days, with a tracking number.
